Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what ProfitMasterBot (ProfitMasterBot) collects, why, and how it is handled.

1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, name (optional), language preference, and the password hash managed by our authentication provider.
• Broker connection data: MetaTrader login, server name, platform and the trading password you enter to connect your account. The password is encrypted at rest.
• Trading data: balance, equity, margin, open positions, trade history and copier events for the connected account, retrieved from our trade-execution infrastructure to power your dashboard.
• Billing data: subscription status, plan, invoices and payment identifiers from Stripe or the crypto payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, used for security and reliability.
• Support data: messages you send through the support chat.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (connecting your account, copying trades, showing your dashboard), to bill you, to send transactional emails (password links, billing and copier alerts), to answer support requests, to secure the platform and to improve it.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the Service: our trade-execution infrastructure provider (account connection and trade replication), Stripe and the crypto payment processor (billing), Supabase (database, authentication and email delivery), our hosting provider and an AI provider used to answer support-chat questions. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Broker credentials are deleted when you remove the connected account or delete your account.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and broker passwords are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised staff.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to certain processing. Contact support@profitmasterbot.com to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and language preference. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
